SATURDAY EXPRESS: Within Germany, you can have your order, which you place on Fridays until 12:00, delivered on Saturdays (except on public holidays). For this we charge a fee of 24,90 EUR (plus shipping costs). Note: Your chair will be shipped so that it is delivered on Saturdays.

When is it possible to order with “Express Shipping”?

• For goods that are marked as “Available for immediate delivery”, you can select the shipping option “Express shipping” in the checkout.
• To receive your order by express, you need a German delivery address. Individual postal codes may be excluded. Delivery to packing stations is not possible.
• Goods ,which are to be shipped by “Express Shipping”, can only be paid by PayPal, SofortÜberweisung or cash on delivery, because we can only ship goods that have already been paid for.

When will my goods be delivered with “Express Delivery”?

• If your order is placed before 12:00, the goods will be delivered on the next working day (Monday – Friday, except holidays).
• If you place your order after 12:00 on Friday, it will usually be delivered on Tuesday. Delivery on Saturday is not possible.
• You will be informed about the shipment separately by e-mail, so you can track the delivery of your order.
• SATURDAY EXPRESS: If your order is placed on Friday before 12:00, the delivery will be made on Saturday (except on holidays)

You want to return your “Express Delivery”?

• As always, you can return your order to us free of charge within the 14-day cancellation period. Contact us in that case and you will receive all further information about the procedure.
• If you have returned goods from an express order to us, the express surcharge of 19.90 EUR will not be refunded.
