Since we can only ship our chairs to EU countries, shipping to Switzerland / Norway is unfortunately not possible.
The background is the fact that we are subject to the right of withdrawal by law as an online store. This means: If you unpack the chair in Switzerland / Norwegn and you do not like it (contrary to expectations), we are obliged to have the chair picked up again at our expense. In short: We would be stuck with all the costs like customs clearance etc. Therefore, we unfortunately do not offer shipping to Switzerland / Norway or other non-EU countries. Side agreements are also not allowed.
The only possibility would be that the billing and delivery address is in an EU country (to which we deliver) and you organize the onward transport / customs clearance etc. yourself. However, a VAT refund is therefore not possible.
The shipping of our packages is done with DPD. Shipping by another company is not possible due to the large packages.
You will be notified about the shipment of your order by e-mail. With this email you have the possibility to track your order.
We always ship our packages with DPD Predict. This means that on the day of delivery you will also receive an e-mail from DPD in which the delivery is limited to a time window of about one hour.
Also, you can use this email to reschedule the delivery to another day or give a hold authorization.
Unfortunately, delivery to Greece is currently not possible.

Our chairs are delivered in a large cardboard box in individual parts and must be assembled by yourself. The XL-Series is delivered in two boxes, as the base is delivered separately for weight reasons. Detailed assembly instructions are included in the delivery, can be found on the respective product page or via the search in the help area.
CASUAL SPORT (S - M)
The lumbar cushion can be attached to any model with two straps by pulling it through the strap grommets in the backrest.
PRO-GAMING & OFFICE (M - L)
The lumbar cushion can be attached to the backrest of PRO-GAMING chairs only on DOMINATOR models. In all other models, the cushion has no fastening option and is simply placed loosely in the back area as needed.
OFFICE-COMFORT (L - XXL)
Chairs in the OFFICE-COMFORT category do not come with a lumbar cushion because the chairs have built-in lumbar support.
XL-SERIES (XXL - XXXL)
Here, the lordosis cushion can only be inserted.
The perfect "tire" for your MAXNOMIC® chair! Special polished aluminum base with additional bracing (triple reinforced!) plus double ball bearing inliner wheels with total metal lock provide a bombproof stand while playing and for buttery smooth rolling on almost all surfaces!
In the accessories you will find our MAXNOMIC® SQ-Rolls + HD Base in a set in different colors.
Please note :
The standard base is not able to withstand the enormous load caused by the particularly large SQ rolls in the long term. The outrigger arms of the base could bend or even break - safety first, therefore the SQ-ROLLS are only available together with the HD-BASE
The SQ-Rolls are not suitable for use together with the XL-Series chairs and should not be used on very soft floors that may give way!
The standard casters for our MAXNOMIC® chairs are suitable for almost all surfaces (incl. laminate, tiles, etc.). The treads have a PU coating with relatively wide wheels. This distributes the weight optimally and at the same time protects the floor.
Those who have an extremely sensitive floor can fall back on our rim rollers: The wider rollers and larger contact surface make these rollers ideal for sensitive surfaces and carpeted floors.
You can find these in the accessories.
Our high-quality imitation leather is very easy to care for: a damp microfiber cloth is already sufficient for quick cleaning in between. For more in-depth care, we recommend our cleaning and care sets. The material retains its moisture in this way and you can enjoy it for a long time, in addition, stains and the like are easier to clean due to the sealing.

Pillow: Wash the pillow completely at 30°C (gentle cycle) in the washing machine (use laundry bag if necessary).
Lordosis cushion: Remove the foam molding from the cover using a zipper or Velcro fastener and wash only the cover at 30°C (gentle cycle) in the washing machine (use laundry bag if necessary).

Our products offered in the online store are subject to the statutory warranty of 24 months from delivery. So if something should break on your chair within these 24 months, you can always contact our support.
